Cute Butterfly Box
Also
colloquially called American box, the folding box is a packaging four side
faces (mathematically a rectangular base prism) which closes both its top and
bottom by four flaps. His FEFCO code is 0201.
Usually
made of cardboard, its versatility and high stacking strength have made the
most popular of the boxes.They
are of different sizes, even large enough to allow a homeless person or a drunk
can sleep in it, or at least can improvise some kind of protection or roof.
Structurally,
the cardboard box is a closed ring covered by four flaps taken from the
structure itself. The flaps typically have a uniform to optimize the ironing
surface height. Long bend joining in the center of the case and short stay
recessed below them. Its height is therefore equal to half the width of the
packaging. The
wave is placed in the vertical direction to give the packing maximum strength.
Therefore, usually it located perpendicularly to the rim except in cases where
the traveling box lying on it is designed in the opposite direction.
The
first step involves inserting the cardboard sheet of cloven by those who bend
the top flaps both as inferior. This is done in the manufacturing process of
the plate in the corrugating through circular die called slitter itself. Then,
as in the rest of cardboard packaging, the manufacture of the box begins
decoration plate which is performed on a printer. The flexographic printing
forme is served polymer to deposit the ink on the substrate, requiring many clichés
as colors carry case. Usually, the printer is placed in line with the casemaker
which is the machine that will give the final structure box. In this machine
the grooving are performed to form the flaps, split in the direction of wave,
folding and gluing of the box attachment flange. Thus, the box is ready for
further packaging.
Finally,
place and palletizing operations strapping. The box delivery therefore the
packer, printed, folded, glued and palletized.
The
cardboard box is a versatile packaging lines used in automatic manual packing
as much. In the
first case, the process is as follows. to seal the bottom flaps are closed.
Then it introduces the product and reconditions it manually. Then, the top
flaps are closed with another seal.
In the
second case, the process is performed through packers machines that are
installed at the end of the packaging line. There are various systems for
American boxes encased but the basic procedure is as follows. The product units
are grouped into batches according to the number to be packaged. Suckers form
the box and proceeds to the lower closed by hot glue (hot melt). Then the
product is introduced therein. At this point there are two ways:
Vertical
squashed. The products are inserted through the top of the carton. It is usual
in products handled by picking as bottles, jars, rigid packs, etc. Some
products are introduced at the bottom by lowering the box thereon but is a most
unusual process.
Horizontal
Encased. The folded box moves horizontally to a point that opens laterally
through suction. Once the product is pushed to clustered inside.
Finally,
the top flaps are closed by means of hot melt glue or hot.
